“In March 2020, amid the initial fear and concern around Covid 19, a bank manager extended a business card towards me, and in my hesitation to accept it, My ID Card was born.
With a passion to provide safe connections in a Modern and Sustainable way I have a genuine interest in environmental sustainability and helping reduce our carbon footprint and believe in the importance of continuous process improvement for administration and operational technology.
I am proud to be shining a spotlight on Queensland and Australian innovation and am very excited for the bright future ahead for My ID Card

I first came up with the idea of My ID Card when I visited my Bank Manager and COVID19 was just declared a pandemic. The idea of exchanging business cards at the meeting was a little awkward declaring that we had each sanitized our hands before exchanging cards. This got me to thinking why we don’t have a digital card with our information that can be transferred to each other without having to touch it. There are some companies overseas offering this type of technology with similar products however I wanted to make something in Australia, for Australians and is also friendlier to the environment. I have a genuine interest in environmental sustainability and helping reduce our carbon footprint and believe in the importance of continuous process improvement for administration and operational technology along with ensuring that the quality standards of our clients are met.
